Terms
These terms apply to early, free use of the Voice AI Platform (voice receptionist) at platform.alphabyte-solutions.com.
1. Scope
The operator is Waldemar Enns, Software Development, Ebersteinstraße 10, 76437 Rastatt. Access is early and unpaid. There is no paid plan and no contract for paid services.
2. Service
You can register, create an organization, connect your own SIP trunk (BYO), configure a phone agent, and turn inbound reception on or off. LiveKit on Hetzner handles calls; the inbound worker speaks on the call. The app runs as Nuxt/Nitro via Coolify on Hetzner. There is no SLA and no guaranteed uptime.
3. Your duties
You are responsible for your prompt, for protecting trunk credentials, for lawful telephony toward callers, and for not abusing the service.
4. Availability and changes
The product is still being built. Features may change, be limited, or go away. We aim for stable operation but do not owe continuous availability.
5. Liability
The service is provided free of charge at an early stage. We are liable under statutory law, in particular for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. This is not a blanket waiver of all liability.
6. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. No exclusive place of jurisdiction is agreed.
